* Litigated cases at every judicial level in Massachusetts including Massachusetts Appeals Court, Supreme Judicial Court, Social Security Administration, Appellate Tax Board, Bankruptcy Court, Probate and Family Court and Massachusetts Commission against discrimination.
* Recipient of Suffolk University Law School classroom dedication in 1982.
* Established the Paul A. Gargano Scholarship fund at Suffolk University in the year 1985, which funds the tuition of a student each year.
* Participant on a radio talk show in Milford, Massachusetts.
* Acted as a conciliator/mediator on behalf of Superior Court in Suffolk County.
* Admitted to the Colorado Bar.
* Inventor of Digital Angel, which is used for tracking individuals, animals and monitoring changes in heartbeat and pulse.

Sean Beagan graduated from Boston College in 1996 with a Bachelor's in Politcal Science. He went on to study law at Northeastern University where he received his Juris Doctor in 1999. Sean  is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and has been with Gargano & Associates for over seven years.

ATTORNEY DAWN M. BEAUCHESNE

Dawn M. Beauchesne graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University in 2001, with a Bachelor's in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. While there, Dawn was on the Dean's List, and a member of Golden Key International Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society and the Academy of Arts and Sciences Honor Society. She also rerceived numerous awards including, the Moot Court Opinion Award and the Division I Women's Crew Student Athlete Award. Dawn attended New England School  of Law, where she graduated in the top 8% of her class, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2004. Dawn has been with  Gargano & Associates for almost two years. She is a member of the ABA, MBA and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mathew P. Smith graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts in 2001. He then went on to study law at New England School of Law. Mat was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2005, and is the newest edition to the G&A family.
