The jury brought national recognition to the office as being one of the few such jury verdicts of its type, dealing with alleged defects in lawnmowers.  After two days of jury deliberation, the jury returned with a unanimous verdict finding that the lawnmower as sold breached the implied warraty of merchantability and posed forseeable danger to consumers.
